Our official appointments manager is Vagaro. All our booking systems, services, package, and other offers are available the Vagaro platform. For your convenience, you can search V.RICH The Salon on your Vagaro app. Creating a Vagaro account also gives you control of your appointment schedules and the services you booked or subscribed.

As of the moment, we only depend on the available appointment slots provided on Vagaro. Walk-ins are pretty much welcome for inquiries and onsite reservations.

At this point, we can only serve one client at a time. If Arryiss and I are available at a same slot, we can let in 2 of the group at one time. The rest can only wait for their turn at the salon lobby. This is only temporary but we'll continue to expand on this group service once we have more stylists working at the salon.

Yes, we do offer multiple add-ons to your salon appointments or choose one of three specialized packages that's suitable to your hair styling or treatment needs. We will also launch a membership service soon, so stay tuned to this on our official social media channels.

We use our in-house hair formulas and from our homegrown brand, Essentials by VRICH, that features hair products designed to address hair problems and daily hair maintenance.

Only on case-to-case basis. We can accommodate you at the earliest appointment slot available and dependent on stylist availability. You can message us ahead of time by calling us, emailing us, and sending your concern on the feedback form below. That way, we can check when we can accommodate your emergency hairstyling needs at the earliest available appointment.

Our salon hours are outside mall hours. We have a special entrance right outside the mall to give you all access to the salon without having to wait for the mall to open. We are also open beyond mall closing hours and that's also dependent on the length of your treatment or styling. Please see duration details of your appointments on Vagaro.

As of the moment, we only cater to home services within the Beavercreek area. However, we do cater to events styling services anywhere in Ohio, Georgia, and other nearby state. You may send us a message below or on our Vagaro page.
