Welcome to V.RICH The Salon. We are committed to providing you with an exceptional salon experience. This Service Policy sets forth the terms and conditions between V.RICH The Salon, our clients, and any intermediaries concerning the provision of salon services. By booking an appointment and receiving services at our salon, you agree to the following terms.
1.1 Full-Service Policy
All salon services provided by V.RICH The Salon are offered as full services. We do not offer fix-ups, partial services, or incomplete treatments at a discounted rate.
Emergency haircare services are provided on a full-service basis only and must be communicated and pre-approved prior to booking.
Any service adjustments or corrections will not be provided unless the issue is solely due to the fault of the stylist or the salon, as indicated or disclosed by the stylist and upon approval by Vanessa, the salon owner.
1.2 Contactless Booking & Check-In
Although minimal physical contact protocols have been lifted following the end of COVID-19 restrictions, V.RICH The Salon continues to offer contactless booking and check-in to enhance your convenience and safety.
1.3 Salon Entry & Guest Policy
Access is limited to booked clients within our salon suites, except in the case of the Content Suite, where specific access rules apply.
Non-clients are not permitted inside the salon unless accompanying a child client or a handicapped client.
Service animals and chaperones for handicapped clients must be declared in advance via direct message (DM) or written notification.
1.4 Child Clients
We discourage bringing children to the salon unless they are receiving a service including, but not limited to, haircuts, shampoo & blowdry, and kid's braids.
In instances where a child is serviced, an accompanying adult must supervise and ensure appropriate behavior and composure while receiving basic salon services.
Children clients below 5 years old are not permitted to receive salon service, not even the simplest one (e.g. haircut, blowdry, etc.)
Pre-teens receiving braids styling are expected to understand protective styling and care for braided or dreadlocked hair. Damages due to excessive and ignorant styling choice shall not be the responsibility of the Stylist or V.RICH The Salon.
1.5 Service Performance & Satisfaction
Our stylists strive to provide a premium service. Completed services will not be refunded or redone except when the issue is entirely attributable to an error by the stylist or the salon, as disclosed by the stylist and approved by Vanessa, the salon owner.
Should you have concerns about a completed service, please raise them before leaving the salon premises. All concerns reported afterward shall only be subject to evaluation and will not be subject to any form of compensation and service redo.
2.1 Booking Policy
Clients are encouraged to book appointments via phone, our Vagaro booking page, or our website at www.flyhealthyhair.com.
In-person appointment setting is not encouraged.
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment, based on the service booked.
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full duration of your service.
2.2 Late Arrivals
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation, with the full service fee charged.
Arrivals 15 minutes or more late will result in an automatic cancellation and the applicable cancellation fee.
2.3 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to their appointment.
Cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service.
Cancellations can be submitted via email, phone, or our online booking system.
Deposits are non-refundable; however, if a service is rescheduled within the specified timeframe, deposits may be applied to the new appointment.
2.4 No-Show Policy
Failing to show up without notice will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Clients with two no-shows may be required to prepay in full for future appointments.
2.5 Change of mind and in-between service requests
No service requests made from a client's change of mind shall be accepted nor entertained by any of the salon stylists. It is explicitly disapproved by the Salon management.
Stylists cannot and should not offer any alterations or fixes to styles and treatments after a salon appointment is completed. Accidents that happen during and reported while the style and treatment is ongoing is properly compensated in the form of salon points or, at certain cases, a refund of the deposit.
In-between service requests are also discouraged. Any form of customization or pitching a style idea must be communicated by the client at least 24 hours before the service date and time. Hair issues and health concerns (e.g. alopecia, dry scalp, dandruff, etc.) must also be communicated prior to booking an appointment. Hair concerns not communicated by the client shall not be addressed by the stylist and the salon will not be held liable for these concerns progressed after the appointment.
The Stylist reserves the right to refuse service to erring clients. The so-called "Karens" are automatically banned from entering the salon premises and are blacklisted in our booking platforms and social media channels.
3.1 Payment Policy
We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods.
Payment is expected at the time of service unless a deposit has been pre-paid.
3.2 Refund Policy & Bank Reversals
Completed services are non-refundable. If you have a concern with a service, please address it immediately before leaving the salon.
Deposits, prepaid services, or missed appointment fees are non-refundable.
Any bank-initiated reversals or chargebacks made without proper communication with the salon regarding refunds will be rigorously disputed by V.RICH The Salon. Successful disputes in proving the service was rendered will result in the client being marked as an erring client and such clients may be permanently barred from future services.
Retail products cannot be refunded once opened; unopened and unused products may be exchanged within 7 days upon presenting proof of purchase.
3.3 Service Adjustments
Service adjustments for dissatisfaction are not standard and will only be considered when the issue is directly attributable to an error by the stylist or the salon, subject to review and approval by Vanessa.
All service adjustments are subject to evaluation and shall not be up for the judgment of the attending Stylist.
4.1 Health & Allergies
Clients must disclose any allergies, scalp conditions, or sensitivities prior to service commencement.
In the event of any adverse reaction, notify our staff immediately. V.RICH The Salon is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from nondisclosure of such conditions.
4.2 Personal Belongings
Valuables left at the salon may be retrieved from our lost and found. Please contact us to check if an item has been located.
However, any personal items left in unsecured or inappropriate areas will be considered as left carelessly; V.RICH The Salon assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items in such cases.
4.3 Salon Conduct
Our environment is maintained as a professional and respectful space for all clients and staff.
Any behavior deemed harassing, inappropriate, or in violation of salon policies may result in service refusal and a potential ban from future appointments.
5.1 Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue and must be redeemed within that period.
They must be presented at the time of payment and are not redeemable for cash.
5.2 Promotions & Discounts
Promotional offers are not combinable with other discounts or applicable to previous services.
All promotions and discounts are subject to change without prior notice.
5.3 Memberships & Packages
Membership benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the enrolled client.
Membership fees are non-refundable and must be used within the designated period.
V.RICH The Salon may capture photos or videos during your service for marketing purposes.
If you prefer not to have your image or likeness used, please notify us before your service begins.
Members of the Content Creator Experience Program must tag V.RICH The Salon in all content shared publicly. The salon reserves the full right to reuse any such content for any purpose it deems fit.
By booking an appointment with V.RICH The Salon, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Service Policy. We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these terms at any time, with significant changes communicated to clients in advance.
Legal Disclosures:
This Service Policy is intended to clearly define the relationship between V.RICH The Salon, its clients, and any intermediaries regarding salon services.
In any legal proceedings or disputes related to the provision of services or client complaints, this policy shall serve as the authoritative document outlining the obligations and rights of all parties.
V.RICH The Salon will fully cooperate with any legal inquiry and expects that clients adhere to the terms stated herein.
Failure to comply with these policies may result in legal action, service refusal, cancellation fees, or permanent booking restrictions.
